EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION PROCESS

Experienced Professional Applications

Application
Apply online to a specific opportunity that interests you.

Review Online Application
We’ll review your CV and any supporting evidence. If you’re successful we’ll invite you to attend a face to face interview.

Interviews
This process is typically in two stages during which you will usually meet a combination of the locally based Staff Partner, Regional HR Manager and hiring Manager.
We’ll share information that will allow you to make an informed decision about our opportunity, and we’ll be interested to understand how your skills and character might complement our team. For some of our roles we may conduct testing on the day of the interview. This will be made known in advance.

Formal Offer
If we feel that the ‘fit’ is right for all involved, we will contact you with a formal offer. We will give you details of start date, salary and benefits and will then follow this up in writing. Your Regional HR Manager will be available to answer any queries you may have on the formal offer and to advise on next steps with regard to induction.

Review Online Application
We will review the content of your online application in detail. If you’re successful, we’ll then ask you to complete some online numerical and verbal reasoning tests to ensure that you meet our minimum requirements.

Assessment Centre
If you pass the online tests, we’ll invite you to attend the next available assessment centre. This may not be in the office that you are applying for. You will work through a number of assessments including a group activity and some individual exercises. You will also find out more about what MHA MacIntyre Hudson can offer you and have the opportunity to meet current trainees and Partners of the Firm. Whether you pass the assessment centre or not, we will call you within a week to give you feedback on how you performed and areas for improvement.

Interview
If you are successful through the assessment centre process, you will be invited to attend an interview in the office for which you are applying. The interview will usually be with the local Staff Partner and the Regional HR Manager, during which they are looking to see if you have the right personal qualities to fit in that office and what your motivation is for joining MHA MacIntyre Hudson. You should also use this opportunity to ask as many questions about the Firm and the local office as possible to ensure that you are making the right decision for you!  We will usually let you know the outcome of the interview within a couple of weeks.

Formal Offer
If we feel that you are the next MHA MacIntyre Hudson trainee, we will call you with a formal offer. We will give you details of start date, salary and benefits and will then follow this up in writing. Your Regional HR Manager will be available to answer any queries you may have on the formal offer and to advise on next steps with regard to induction.
